I'm a secular and compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate experiences such as anxiety, depression, religious trauma, and ADHD with acceptance and self-compassion at the core.

I'm class conscious, meaning that I understand how much our economic environment impacts us and our mental health. I work with young adults and adults who are processing attachment wounds, emotional abuse, and the real impact of cultural and systemic oppression on their wellbeing.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and compassion, focused techniques, tools designed to help you build genuine acceptance rather than just manage symptoms.

I believe healing happens when we understand ourselves without judgment and develop skills that actually fit your life. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer sessions both telehealth and in-person. My Office for in-person is located in Lehi.
