(We let you know what the cost Upfront before you begin your first session, and you will not be charged until after we complete our first session.)
Clients are encouraged to verify costs with their insurance company by call the phone number on your insurance card, they will tell you how much your co-pays are for mental health. On average, clients with insurance paid approx. $25 to $40 a session.
If you do not have insurance, don’t worry, we can also offer one of the lowest private pay rates around at a rate of $150 per session. -
EyeSeeU Therapy offers Individual Mental Health Psychotherapy Sessions to work on your ability to cope with uncomfortable experiences and take action towards your long-term goals and values.

Ensuring compatibility with your therapist is a critical part of the therapeutic process. You always have autonomy to choose your own therapist, or change your therapist, even if it is not at EyeSeeU Therapy. If at any point therapy or the therapist doesn’t feel right, our therapists are trained to understand and help guide you to the right fit.

How long therapy takes depends on many different factors which you will collaboratively work with your therapist to determine what you feel is best for you. However, many clients see significant progress in eight to 12 weeks. Some decide to reduce or increase the frequency based on needs. We will set clear goals to ensure your treatment goals are working. The intension of therapy is to help you work towards your self-determined goals based on your values, not keep you in therapy indefinitely.

We are based in Utah county. Certain areas may be limited based on needs or other limitations and the therapist will inform you if they are unable to meet with you due to any restrictions.
